- Noise / Pollution : Major noise will take place during the first two months of renovation (January to February), however guests may experience some light noise /pollution throughout the construction period Sight Pollution : All works will be within confines of guest rooms and the areas will be cordoned off as necessary Flow of workers : Workers will access from the back of the building and should not provide any challenges or bad visuals to guests Duration : January to December 2011
