Formerly an ancient convent, our hotel occupies two buildings in a central neighborhood between the Rialto Bridge and the Church of Saints John and Paul. The dark wood panel walls, the work of skilled craftsmen, create a classical backdrop for a warm and intimate atmosphere. In the summer season, between April and September, breakfast can be served on our enchanting terrace with a view across Santa Marina Square. In addition, our lobby is the ideal place to read or relax. Located on three floors, in the main building the hotel has a convenient elevator.<p>Please note Venice City tax is not included in the room rates. Tax costs 1 EUR per hotel star rating, per person, per night, and must be paid to the hotel The tourist tax is payable only for the first 5 nights of stay. Tax will not apply to children under age 10. A 50pct discount is applied to the tax for children 10 to 16 years old, and also applied during periods other than high season. A 40pct discount is applicable for properties located on the mainland, such as Venice Mestre. A 30pct discount is applicable for properties located in the islands such as Venice Lido, or San Clemente.
