- Security Policy
- A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 7% reservation fee.
- Personal checks and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.

The ResortQuest Marketplace Lodge offers condominium accommodations in Whistler, BC, approximately 85 miles from Vancouver International Airport. The property's amenities include a Jacuzzi. The property is located on Whistler's free shuttle route. Studio and one-bedroom units are available. Each unit can accommodate up to four guests and includes a full kitchen, living and dining area, gas fireplace, VCR, cable TV, iron, ironing board, and private balcony. Light housekeeping services are provided once every four days.While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee.Check in - Daily 7am -11pm. Sunday to Thursday after hours check-in to be directed to Glacier Lodge at 4573 Chateau Blvd. Friday and Saturday after hours to be directed to the Aspens on Blackcomb, located at 4800 Spearhead Drive.
