Important Hotel Information

Check-in is located at the resort front desk. It is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday, the resort front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you are checking in after hours, please go to the front left side of the lobby. There, you will find late arrival instructions.
The resorts uses a timeshare housekeeping schedule where regular service is done on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If guests want housekeeping service every day, it comes at an additional fee of 25.00 per non-scheduled housekeeping day. These charges would be posted to the guest��s in house reservation and the guest pays any of these housekeeping fees upon check out.
